"I sent a transfer and it took..."
I sent a transfer and it took two days to go through. Maybe I’m just impatient, but I immediately assumed something was wrong because it felt way slower than it should be. Not really ideal if you need to move money quickly.

The app keeps freezing right when I’m trying to get something done, which gets frustrating. Transfers sometimes fail or just sit pending, and when I reach out to support, the answer is usually just to try again later. I get that tech issues happen, but it would be nice if it felt a bit more reliable

"Refund took way too long"
SendWave worked fine overall, but getting my refund back was a hassle. Support did respond, but I had to follow up more than once before anything actually moved. It also felt like there are some policy loopholes that make it easy for the refund process to drag on longer than it should. I did get my money back in the end, but the whole thing could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Not enough payout options compared to others"
I was frustrated with this. My family couldn’t pick up the money at the place they normally use because only a few payout options showed up. Compared to other services people around me use, this felt way more limited. I contacted support, but they didn’t really do much to help. it just ended up feeling like a waste of time

"Account security is apparently optional"
My account got accessed by someone else, which was super fun and definitely not stressful at all. I reached out to support expecting some actual help, but they barely did anything. Really reassuring experience if you enjoy feeling like your account security is held together with tape.

"Frustrating app experience"
I found the app difficult to deal with. Every time I tried entering details, it would freeze or lag, and a few of the buttons just didn’t seem to do anything when I tapped them. It felt like I was fighting the app more than actually getting anything done.

I ended up restarting it three times just to reach the payment screen, which was really annoying. The layout also didn’t help because I couldn’t clearly tell whether my transfer had gone through or not. For me, it made the whole process feel stressful and unreliable

I tried to send money, but their fraud checks flagged me for some reason that was never really explained. I totally understand needing security, but this just felt over the top. Support wasn’t much help either, mostly copy-and-paste replies, while my transfer sat there stuck. it ended up wasting a bunch of my time and was frustrating.

"Could really use more currency options"
I’m totally fine, really, but it would be great if there were more currencies available. Right now the options feel a bit limited, and it makes the app less useful for me than I expected.

"The ID verification process isn't worth the hassle"
I tried using Sendwave, but the identity verification process was way more frustrating than it should be. I uploaded my documents more than once and still didn’t get a clear answer about what was going on. Support just kept telling me to wait, which wasn’t helpful at all. I needed to send money quickly, not spend days proving my identity. for me, the hassle just didn’t feel worth it.

"Support just kept me waiting"
I had a transfer stuck for days and the app just kept showing it as pending. I reached out to Sendwave support more than once, but every reply felt like the same copy-paste answer.
Nobody really explained what was going on or gave me a clear idea of when my money would be released. They just kept saying it was being checked, and then I would hear nothing again.
In the end, the issue never really got sorted in a clear way, and I had to keep chasing them for updates. it was stressful and I do not plan on using it again.

"I was worried my money was going to disappear"
I reached out to support twice about a transfer that got stuck, and all I ever got back were automated replies. No real explanation, no timeline, nothing to make me feel like someone was actually looking into it. I kept having to check on it myself, which was stressful because when money’s involved, you don’t want to risk losing track of it or have it sitting in limbo. Really frustrating experience

"Bank linking was more of a hassle than it should’ve been"
SendWave works fine once you get everything set up, but linking my bank account was kind of annoying. It took longer than I expected, and it kept asking me to reconnect, so I wasn’t even sure if it actually went through at first. It did eventually work, so I’m not saying it’s terrible, but it definitely felt like the app could’ve handled that part better

"I was hoping this would be useful..."
I was hoping this would be useful, but my country still isn’t supported. For me, that makes the whole thing feel unnecessary and not worth keeping around.

"The fees started to feel overwhelming"
I used Sendwave a handful of times, the transfer fees started to get on my nerves. At first it seemed quick and easy, but once I kept sending money, the costs added up way faster than I expected.

I also felt kind of pressured to just go through with it because I needed the transfer done, even though I wasn’t happy with the fee. At this point, I don’t feel like I’m getting a good deal, and there are cheaper options out there, so I’m probably done using it

"My SendWave account was suspended out..."
My SendWave account was suspended out of nowhere, and I still don’t know what I did wrong. I went to check the message thinking it would explain things, but it was so vague that I was just sitting there like, okay but what actually happened?

I reached out to support, and it felt like I kept going in circles. I’d explain the issue, then wait, then get a response that didn’t really answer anything, and then, anyway, it just turned into more waiting and repeating myself.

It’s really stressful when you rely on an app to send money and suddenly you can’t access it. That kind of thing makes you lose trust fast, and I don’t feel comfortable using SendWave again after this.

I tried sending money twice through SendWave, and both times the transfer got canceled after I’d already been waiting around. They didn’t give me any clear reason, so it just felt like a waste of time. I reached out to support too, but they didn’t really help, and I don’t have much trust that customer service would sort it out if it happened again. Not sure I’d use SendWave again

"Delivery said completed, but nothing arrived"
The tracking showed my order as delivered, but the person it was sent to never received anything. I checked around and there was no package anywhere. it also made me a little suspicious about what I’m actually being charged for, because if delivery confirmations aren’t accurate, it feels like there could be extra fees or charges slipping through without much explanation.

"Wish there were more ways to pay"
SendWave has been okay for me overall, but I do wish they had more payment options. My card usually works, or actually, it works most of the time, but every now and then it gets declined for no obvious reason. It’s not a bad app, just kind of frustrating when you’re trying to send money quickly.
